The Great Resignation or Re-Evaluation was the climax of a trend that has been building for some time. People want more freedom. As highly-skilled specialists, we wanted more flexibility around how we work, the projects we work on and the people we work with. We’re saying no to rigid structures and yes to working in ways that are meaningful to us.

We became tired of seeing existing models deliver solutions that became disconnected from business goals and real users, lacked transparency for clients and were just too slow.
